Manna Children's Savings Program

Real Hope for a Better Future

Starting November 2018, the People’s Currency Foundation has extended our Universal Basic Income to children under the age of 18 (previously ineligible to sign up for Manna UBI). The Manna Children’s Savings Program is the children’s version of UBI.

Every week, children enrolled in the program receive a free deposit of Manna digital currency into a locked wallet which is held by our organization until the child reaches the legal age of adulthood. When a child comes of age, they will gain access to their Manna in an account on Mannabase.com.

Individual donors, charities, and governments may sponsor specific children or groups of children — for example, “refugees” or “girls in Africa” — to receive additional Manna savings. Earmarked donations to PCF will be converted to Manna on the market and sent into the wallets of sponsored children. (This “Targeted Direct Giving” feature is currently under development and expected to launch in Q1 2019.)
